Permeable interlocking concrete pavement (PICP) is a durable cost-effective solution for compliance to national, state/provincial and municipal stormwater regulations. The surface consists of solid concrete pavers with small, stone-filled joints that allow water to flow into highly permeable, open-graded bedding, base, and subbase aggregates.

Segmental paver systems require minimal maintenance in order to maintain its structural integrity. However, cleaning and sealing pavers periodically will help maintain their color and cleanliness. We know our systems will last for 40+ years, but we would also like our projects to look as new as possible for decades to come.
